JoliBento delivers "almost" around the whole world, for a fee in the shipping up to 60 € order. In addition, the delivery is free for all European countries, the USA, Canada, Australia or Asia.
When the delivery is free, JoliBento determines the most economical shipping method, according to the shipping address and the weight of the package. Some packages can then be sent by post when others will be by a carrier such as Purolator, FedEx or DHL.
JoliBento has 2 warehouses in France and Canada, to facilitate shipments. Having more stocks in Canada, it may be that your delivery for Europe goes directly from our warehouse in Canada.

If we do not have stock in France, JoliBento use Canada Post for shipments:

My order is still not arrived:
For packages shipped economy or standard, we expect a period of 45 days after sending to consider a delay as disturbing. It is necessary to first check with your post office if the package does not expect you. Then contact us at contact@jolibento so we can do a search.
My order was damaged:

The package was returned to us:

As we ship the goods from France or Canada, orders shipped to these countries will not have customs fees.
